We are going to take part in HongKong Exhibition during Oct.13th-16th.All employee of our sales department will take part in.For this, our sales department has made adequate preparation.
The company had arranged the exhibition work very detailed and comprehensive, every employee of sales department had different preparation.For example, clothing reservation, hotel reservation,business card making,product brochure and poster, exhibition samples,gifts,etc.
In terms of our website, we published the exhibition that we will attend.(Name of exhibition,place,time and booth number), highlighting our company’s strength.On the personal side, each sales representative sent invitation to potential customers, inviting them to come and visit, telephone invitation if necessary.
With the active cooperation of employees, the preparation work was completed smoothly.
